How Does the 30-Day Return Policy Work?

 

If you feel a product isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days of placing your order. We’ll refund you via your original payment method, provided the item meets the conditions outlined in this policy. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.  

 

 

Please familiarize yourself with the following policies before purchasing:  

The item and any included free gifts must be returned in their original state—unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached. All original packaging, including labels or boxes, must be included with the return.  

Returned items must show no signs of use, wear, tears, marks, scratches, alterations, or damage of any kind.  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that contain personal items, as this indicates use. We recommend testing the item for compatibility before use to ensure you remain eligible for a return if it doesn’t meet your needs.  

Return Shipping Costs: If returning an item for reasons unrelated to quality, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. For specific fees, please check with your local post office.  

Refunds: Once we receive and approve your returned item, we’ll process the refund via your original payment method. This takes 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.  

For returns of items from "buy one, get one free" promotions, refunds or credits will be prorated across all eligible items.  

How Do I Start a Return?

Email us at pinkpumservice@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Include photos showing the item in its original condition, including packaging and tags.  

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the return address. Do not send returns to the address on the original package.  

Share your return tracking number with us to speed up processing.  

Our warehouse will take 3–7 business days to inspect returned items.  

Additional Information

Please note the following are not considered quality defects:  

Loose threads, frayed edges, differences in thickness, texture, or color due to monitor display variations do not qualify as quality issues.  

Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, or changes in personal preference are not considered quality issues.  

Damage caused by improper use, washing, care, maintenance, self-repair, modification, or other human factors is not a quality issue.  

Refer to our size chart to inform your purchase; our service team can only provide recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues are not considered quality issues.  

Due to design and style differences between products, slight variations may exist between items of the same size. Please refer to actual measurements.  

How Do I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order before it ships. If canceled successfully, you’ll receive a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. In this case, please send us a return request upon receiving the package.  

 

 

How Do I Start an Exchange?

You can contact us to exchange a product before it ships. However, due to scheduling constraints for processing exchanges and limited stock for most items, we generally do not offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for your preferred item and returning the current order for a refund following the steps above.  

 

 

How Do I Get a Refund?

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt of the item. We’ll also notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 7–14 business days.
